There's a wedding theme this week at Sepia Saturday; this wedding group features lovely hats, elaborate flowers and a slightly bored-looking bridegroom.
Wonderful photograph - have you noticed the similarity between it and the wedding photo used as the heading for the Sepia Saturday Blog. Some styles, same fashions - wonderful.
A marvelous photo that, as Kathy says, could tell a story. The groom has definitely opened the champagne early. But I love the wide-eyed flower girl's expression.

How do you mean, SLIGHTLY bored? :)
Gorgeous photo!
That "slightly bored" look must be universal among grooms.
I wonder if he made a good husband. He doesn't look very promising.
Those bouquets are something with the trailing leaves. Hats are pretty special too. A great photo.
Beautiful hats and gorgeous flowers! And yes, a bored-looking bridegroom. Actually they all look a bit on the serious side don't they?
Nobody there is looking overjoyed. Let's just assume that they are tired of sitting for pictures.
Me thinks the bridegroom bent his elbow a wee too much the night before.
What a wonderful cabinet card of a wedding card even though they do look a bit bored. The bride and her attendants are obviously sisters.
Amazing bouquets - and hats! I wonder if the groom had been making use of his hip flask? The little girl is a bit scary :-) Jo
It's the bridesmaid on the left that caught my attention. What caused her startled look?

This photo is fabulous - it could be a writing prompt in a classroom. Everyone seems to be thinking/looking at something different. I love it!

I love these old wedding photographs and especially the magnificent hats.
