German elegance

I'm going with an elegant outfit theme for this week's Sepia Saturday. The photograph is dated 1904 and cost me the princely sum of 15p several years ago. I don't know the identity of the subject but I'm deeply impressed by both her posture and her outfit, particularly that gorgeous feather-trimmed fur hat.

I can't seem to find an image that does justice to this week's Sepia Saturday prompt so I'm going completely off topic with a cheeky and very charming smile.

It's another of my 'unknowns'; I think you can almost hear the chuckle!
